2 months into bmt and only a month left to my passing out parade (POP) .. reading back, can't believe the last entry i made was a day before i no longer was a civilian .. so what happened during those 2 months that passed reasonably fast?

i got enlisted into Mohawk company within BMTC school 2 .. the first few days was really slack as all those admin shit work had to be done and also due to the deaths of 2 men from the RSAF .. training started proper coming into a week into enlisted and the PTP stage was basically to build up us recruits' fitness to prepare for the BMT phase .. as weeks and months passed by, and even up to this moment, i'm glad i got into Mohawk .. before enlisting, i read up that Mohawk and Ninja company were the worst companies of the lot as stories from the past suggest that these two really made BMT hellish for recruits .. now that Mohawk had a change of OC, it seems that the company is quite welfare and heading into the direction of a new army management as opposed to Ninja .. seriously, if i was in Ninja, i think i'd purposely break a bone .. i really feel for my friend who's in Ninja ..

moving on, my fitness is improving slowly (i think) though it's already like 8 weeks in the army .. one thing that has not change is that i still hate to fucking run .. haha .. route marches now are really a pain in the ass .. live range was once of the best experience of my life .. was unfortunate as i was only 2 shy off being categorised as a marksman .. did well for my grenage throwing .. just completed my field camp and those 6 days were a mixture of fun, frustration and fucked up .. soon will be starting my Situation Test, Urban Operations and longer distance route marches .. fucking hell ..

to end it all of, i can see why almost everyone says that BMT is really the best part of the whole NS experience .. the people u meet in there can really make ur stay in BMT a memorable one and im glad my platoon and company mates are like those .. one more month and i'll pass out but i still have no idea where i want to go to once i graduate from BMT .. let's hope i'll make a decision sooner rather than later ..

ooh yes, on a side note, go and fucking watch The Dark Knight .. easily one of the best films ever made .. glad my two Joker posters i order from allposter.com arrived a few days back .. of course a movie which is number 1 in the top 250 movies of all time deserve a place on my wall .. see how good this movie is .. c",)
